About the Author

Rajesh Chandra Khatri currently working in the Central Bureau of Investigation as Additional Superintendent of Police at CBI, ACB, Jammu. The author holds a Degree of Honours in Sociology and Post-Graduate Degree in Ancient Indian History & Archeology, Bachelor of Law degree from Delhi University and Master of Law Degree from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.

“A Dynamic Dimension of Depression” through Notion Press was published by the author earlier in 2021. He studied arts, humanities and Law during his school, college and University days. He has also authored a book “Career-oriented Smart Study Secrets” alongwith co-author Dr. Anshoo Malhotra in 2022. He nurtured a deep passion for naturopathy and studied a number of books on naturopathy.

He believes that plaque/blockage in arteries can be cured naturally and brought to normal level through plant based zero fat diet, exercise, Yogasana and Pranayam. This book is culmination of his passion for naturopathy. He co-ordinated with all co-authors viz. Dr. Alok Kumar, Sh. Surinder Kumar Sharma and Dr. Anshoo Malhotra in bringing this manuscript as success.
